Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of VFX Workspace, a web-based workspace for organizing media, managing creator accounts, preparing TikTok content, and submitting scheduled publishing tasks through supported integrations.
By using the service, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the account or organization you connect and that you will use the service in accordance with applicable law and TikTok's terms and policies.
1. Eligibility and account security
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and for ensuring that connected creator accounts have the required permissions.
2. TikTok authorization and publishing
When you choose to connect TikTok, you are redirected to TikTok's authorization flow. We do not ask for or store your TikTok password. You may revoke access from TikTok or through available account-management controls. Publishing requests are submitted only after you confirm the selected account, media, caption, product, and schedule. Acceptance of a task by the service does not guarantee publication by TikTok.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, advertising, export-control, or other laws; to upload malware; to impersonate another person; to abuse APIs; or to publish content that violates the policies of TikTok or another connected platform.
4. Content and permissions
You retain rights in content you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, preview, transmit, and submit that content at your direction. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for the content, music, products, and accounts used in a publishing task.
5. Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party services and APIs. We may suspend access when needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or maintenance. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms and are not responsible for third-party platform decisions, outages, moderation, account restrictions, or changes to API availability.
7. Requests and contact
For account removal, data questions, or service support, use the support/contact channel made available in the VFX Workspace application and include the workspace identifier and a description of your request. Do not send passwords, API keys, or client secrets in a support request.
8. Governing terms
These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the service operator's principal place of business, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
